Electronic shelf labels and bsystem3 improve communication and productivity at Eurospar Bardolino

Lenotti group has decided to invest again in digital pricing and opted for the in-store communication systems by Nicolis Project. After a successful installation at their Despar supermarket in Lazise (Lake Garda), the group has implemented the Interactive Shelf Labels and the bsystem3 promotional highlighters at their Eurospar Bardolino (Lake Garda). That is a newly built, modern and bright store, which welcomes both locals and tourists every day by offering an interesting range of products, together with excellent, cutting-edge customer service.

In cooperation with our partner AST Full Service, more than 8,700 different format of ISL labels have been installed in the supermarket. They can be used for shelves, fruit and vegetable display baskets and manned counters to communicate updated product prices in real time. The Interactive Shelf Labels (ISL) implemented at the Eurospar in Bardolino are equipped with e-paper technology displays, which guarantee excellent information visibility from any angles and under any lighting conditions.

Electronic labels make the work of aisle operators easier. In fact, the label sliding blockage along the rails helps to place products in the right spot and all staff members, even seasonal ones, can rely on a visual reference for product positioning, so that restocking can be carried out without hesitation and according to the planogram. Moreover, the display facing looks always neat and well organized and in line with the modern layout of the supermarket. Such a system also helps to optimize aisle setting up times, reduce store management costs, in addition to making a good impression on customers, so that grocery shopping becomes more comfortable and enjoyable.

The adoption of bsystem3 completes and standardises the communication of special offers and discounts at the Bardolino store. Following the supermarket’s graphic line, highlighters have been customized and the products displayed on shelves are arranged according to categories to provide the right information to customers, so that they can easily and quickly find the items they need to buy.
